  • EmpowerLA — is announcing the fourth year of the Civic Youth Leadership Academy (CYLA!) CYLA is a program designed to educate, engage, and empower young people to take active roles in your communities and speak up on issues that matter to you. Students aged 14-24 in Los Angeles are eligible to apply via the website.
